Simply wonderful! This antique bentwood 1/2 bushel dry goods measure is made of oak with an overlapped tapered joint. The joint is secured with iron nails. A metal band reinforces the upper and lower edges. Two cast iron handles are attached for lifting.

A stunning display piece with gorgeous patina only 150 years of time can bestow! It is 14 1/2” in diameter x 7 1/2" tall. As found in Annapolis, Nova Scotia.
