why les garçons ?
We chose the name Garçons because it has so many meanings in French that just made sense to us:

Jeune homme, adulte mâle : Il est plutôt joli garçon. [Young man, adult male];

Appellatif s'adressant à un serveur de café, de restaurant : Garçon ! un café. [Appellative for a waiter in a café or restaurant];

Membre de l'équipage d'un bateau chargé du service des cabines, salons, etc. [A member of a ship's crew in charge of serving the cabins, lounges, etc.]
