Two seasons. One coastline. A pair of hooked rug artworks that together tell a quietly beautiful story of the Atlantic landscape through wool and patience.

The first piece captures a moody maritime evening: a lone evergreen stands sentinel against a layered sky of grey, dove, and steel blue, its dark branches catching the last of the light while a blue sea stretches out below. The palette is hushed and atmospheric — the kind of scene you’d recognise immediately if you’ve ever watched dusk settle over the shore.

The second shifts the mood entirely — a burst of autumn colour, a flowering or fall-leafed tree blazing in golds, reds, and copper against a rolling green hillside and a sweep of cobalt blue water. Lively, warm, full of texture and motion.

Hooked in the Maritime folk tradition, these are the kind of pieces that feel at home in a heritage cottage, a gallery wall, or anywhere you want to bring a little of the East Coast indoors.

Each piece is approximately 8¾” square, mounted on a black wooden frame.
